Information used to provide alerts
We store your account email, password hash, selected cities and destinations, paid access dates, appointment notification history and operational server logs to operate and secure the service. We do not request passport information or private visa documents in the alert selector.
Payments and email
Lemon Squeezy handles hosted checkout. We retain payment and order identifiers and transaction details returned by the provider; we do not store your card data. Our configured transactional email provider processes account, payment and appointment messages.
Essential cookies and market suggestions
Session and security cookies support login, checkout return and CSRF protection. A country hint supplied by Cloudflare may suggest initial regional pricing. This feature does not store your raw IP address in our application database or analytics. Your chosen Applying from country always determines your purchase market.
First-party service analytics
We use approximate country, region and city supplied by our CDN for regional presentation, aggregate service analytics, demand analysis and business planning. IP-derived location may be inaccurate and does not establish residence or eligibility. Application analytics do not intentionally store raw visitor IP addresses, user-agent strings, coordinates or postal codes. No cross-site advertising tracker or advertising cookie is introduced. Selected visa-centre locations are separate from visitor geography.
Daily action counts are aggregated. Approximate geography captured when checkout starts is linked to the existing checkout record to understand completed purchases; it is not anonymous payment history. Historical purchases without this context show unknown geography. We do not infer missing city information.
Preferences and service records
You can update notification preferences and replace or remove current alert coverage. Payment and notification audit records remain when coverage is removed. Operational logs help us investigate delivery, payment and security problems.
WhatsApp, if launched later
WhatsApp is disabled for the initial launch. If you later explicitly opt in, your phone number, consent and delivery status would be used to provide that channel through Meta's WhatsApp service. You can withdraw that notification preference.
