Our Conditional 48-Hour Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund and how we review it.
About the service
SchengenVisaAlert provides periodic monitoring of Schengen visa appointment availability information and Email notifications for 30 days. Billing is one-time, without automatic renewal.
You must book directly with the appropriate official provider. We do not book appointments or guarantee an appointment, continuous monitoring, or notification timing.
48-hour request window
You may request a refund within 48 hours after completing a purchase.
Standard eligibility
Refund requests are generally eligible when no appointment-availability email notification has been successfully sent under the purchased alert service before your refund request.
If an appointment-availability alert has already been successfully sent, a voluntary refund would generally not be available under the standard 48-hour policy. We review the service's notification records when assessing a request.
Service problems and exceptional circumstances
Technical failures, duplicate charges, incorrect billing and other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed separately, including outside the standard 48-hour window.
Consumer and payment-provider protections
Applicable consumer rights and refunds required or provided by FastSpring as Merchant of Record take precedence over this policy. Legally required refunds and the relevant payment provider's obligations remain applicable to historical purchases.
How to request a refund
Sign in and open Purchases and refund requests. Find the purchase and select Request refund review.
You can also email [email protected] with your purchase reference and a brief explanation. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or passport information.
Review and processing
Submitting a request does not itself approve or issue a refund. Requests are reviewed, and approved refunds are processed through the relevant payment provider. Refunds are not guaranteed in every case.
